Testing and Debugging in the Patch Editor

If your graph is connected properly, your effect will run automatically. You'll see the input and output port values updated in realtime.

If you get an error message, it could be because:

• Some ports won't work with others. Make sure you connect ports with the same data type.
• The patch graph is the source of truth for an object's properties and transformations. Once you insert a consumer patch for a property, you won't be able to adjust that property in the Inspector anymore.
