Why does own 3D Object always miss / lost many bones (rigging joints)?

In Import, Own 3D Object (file .fbx,dae,or more) alway miss / lost many bones (rigging joints)...

->Issue for bones :(

      We recommend a continuous skeleton for animated 3D object.

      Also, please make sure that:

      - all your joints are properly named (especially if you have left and right one)
      - all the joints in the hierarchy are skinned to a mesh.
      • All my joints are properly named yet I get an import error that tells me they are duplicately named, then lists all of their individual names, for which there are no duplicates.
