"Unknown error occurred" message when publishing/saving AR filter

Hi there - so myself and numerous people within my team have tried uploading a filter numerous times through the Spark AR Hub, and we're hitting the same problem every time we try to publish or save the effect. It's coming up with this 'unknown error occurred' message, and we just don't know why.

We've reported this numerous times through the 'report a problem' function, and still not getting any kind of response or resolution to this.

We want to get this published and would like to know how.
