Keep original FPS of a 3D asset

I imported a FBX asset that has an original FPS of 15 and I need to use this object on the planeTracker. When I play the animation (the animation is correctly assigned to a Playback Controller), the FPS of my assets is changed to 30.
Is there a way to reduce the FPS from 30fps back to 15fps?
If the asset was inside the Device instead of the planeTracker I would use a Delay Frame with a Shader Render Pass, but the Scene Render Pass doesn’t seem to work with a planeTracker. Thank you.
