Gain patch

Use the Gain patch to adjust the volume of an audio signal.

For example, it's a good idea to use a Gain patch to lower the gain of a loud audio signal before passing it through additional audio patches, to avoid pushing those patches beyond their limits and distorting the sound.

Inputs

The audio source that you want to alter. Attach audio clip playback, microphone or other audio source.

Amount

Amount of gain to apply between 0.0 and 1.
